In my last blog post I gave a simple journaling - reflection exercise to find your top 3 priorities for the year. Go ahead and take time now to do that if you haven't yet.
If you know your 3 priorities already, I invite you to sit down and try to suss out the one that you'd really like to put energy into this year. It doesn't necessarily have to be the most important thing to you. But something that you really want to put thought and energy into these next 11 months to focus on.
